The 8 tracks on “Wonderland” offer a rich mix
of styles and soundscapes, fully exhibiting Lionnel’s prowess as a singer
and songwriter, while never straying from a hook-laden format that makes
each song easy on the ear and instantly likeable. Opening with the electronica-influenced
“Release me”, followed by straight-ahead rock with strong emphasis on
the guitars (“Why can’t you love me?”), a moody ballad (“Always be the
one”), the album moves on to groove-based rock (“Sometimes”), pop-rock
(“Get up now”), gentle piano pop (“This is how it ends”) and even has
some heavier moments on the final two tracks “Kashmir Again” and “Fable”.
Also, included is a bonus track “Always Be (The One Mix)*"
